Our audit department comprises of professionals with years of experience in statutory audits as well as internal and forensic audit assignments in multiple sectors across the board which results in fulfilment of our statutory responsibility of acting as a watchdog.
Our audit team possesses experience of over 25 years in carrying out audit under multiple statutes including Companies Act 2013, Income Tax Act, LLP Act as well as more recently GST Act.
We have a dedicated internal audit team that goes beyond the usual mandate of statutory audit and assists clients in identifying control gaps, process improvements and overall improvement in accounting and compliances.
Our partners are trained and certified by the ICAI in forensic audit helping us in performing fraud investigation and studies for statutory as well as private organizations.
